Massage – We offer more than 30 forms of global massage treatments. Ranging from Deep Tissue Sports Massage and Swedish Massage through to light-touch Balinese Melt and through-clothing Acupressure. We are also accredited practioners of Hawaiian Mana-Lomi and Chinese Jade Massage.

Reflexology – This treatment feels like a relaxing foot massage but is in fact a full body MOT following Chinese medicine principles where zones of the feet represent internal organs and can be triggered to self heal when specialist pressure is applied

Reiki – A light-touch through clothing energy treatment. Deeply relaxing it creates a warm glow and pleasant tingling sensation as healing vibrational energy is transmitted to the body. Sometimes known as “Healing Hands”.

Aromatherapy – With more than 20 years of experience blending the perfect mix of pure organic essential oils, you are guaranteed a blissful massage with the additional benefit of relief of symptoms from skin conditions, arthritis and stress, to stretch marks, hormonal imbalances or lifting mood.

Hopi Ear Candling – Ideal for easing blocked sinuses, balancing ear pressure and gently removing blockages. Hopi ear candles, which are similar to large cloth-based drinking straws, are placed gently into the ear , once lit they create a warming vacuum which lifts toxins, debris and compacted wax and has a hypnotic relaxing effect.

Crystal Healing – Specialist dowsing crystals are used to assess the state of the body’s energy centres or chakras. Illness and spiritual issues can lead to chakras becoming blocked creating physical and emotional problems. Once your chakras have been mapped, energised crystals are used in conjunction with Reiki energy to unblock and rebalance chakras bringing relief for mind, body and spirit.
