About the Author:
Cali Curandera is a complementary therapist, trainer and Celtic celebrant. She runs a private practice, retreats and appears at events and festivals worldwide.
Passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of realigning our lives to moon cycles, she has spent decades of painstaking research and cultural immersion to create a path to transformation by leading “A Lunar Life”.
Cali is concerned that:

That’s why she has developed this authentic guide exploring the ways ancient global cultures honoured each lunar phase and how those traditions can be meaningfully adapted to support year-round changes in mental and physical health for us today.
